A trip that went wrong

🎯 Po co Ci to? Opowiesz po angielsku o podróży — także o tym, co poszło nie tak: spóźniony samolot, zgubiona walizka. To najczęstszy temat rozmów o wakacjach.

📖 Tekst — A trip that went wrong

Last summer, Tom and his sister were flying to Rome. While they were checking in, the screen showed a two-hour delay. They almost missed the gate, because they got lost looking for it — Tom was holding his boarding pass upside down. When they finally boarded the delayed flight, the airline lost his luggage: one suitcase with all his clothes. His sister just laughed; she was carrying only a backpack. The suitcase arrived three days later. "Next time," Tom said, "I'm taking hand luggage only."
